Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

StockMaster ("StockMaster", "we", "us") provides inventory, point-of-sale, and branch operations software for businesses, delivered through our mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your phone number, a display name, and a password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). If you sign in with Telegram, we receive the identity details Telegram provides (Telegram ID, name, username, profile photo).
  • Business data you enter — store/branch details, product catalogs, stock levels and movements, sales and purchase records, suppliers, customers, staff accounts, and related notes. This data belongs to your business; we process it to operate the Service on your behalf.
  • Staff accounts — if you add staff to your account, we store the phone number, name, and permissions you assign them.
  • Device & usage information — basic technical data (device type, app version, general activity like sign-ins) used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding how the Service is used.

How we use your information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Service you sign up for.
  • To sync your business data between the mobile app, this website, and our servers.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To send account-related and service notices (e.g. subscription status).
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent misuse, fraud, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data (products, stock, sales, customers) for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on servers we operate and control. The mobile app also keeps a local copy of your business data on your device so it keeps working offline, and syncs it back to our servers when you're online.

Sharing

We don't share your personal or business data with third parties, except: (a) service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. hosting infrastructure) under obligations to protect it, (b) when required by law, or (c) with your explicit consent.

Your choices

You can review and update most of your business data directly in the app. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time — see Delete my account. Deleted accounts enter a 90-day grace period (in case the deletion was a mistake or someone signs back in), after which the account and all associated business data are permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, so the Service can function. If you delete your account, your data is retained only for the 90-day grace period described above and then permanently deleted.

Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
